We had a pretty busy weekend and it's been hot, so not a lot achieved with the scrapping supplies. We headed off to the Caravan & Camping Show on Saturday and wondered around for a few hours. Harrison has decided he REALLY NEEDS a caravan WTH?? Out to dinner for my Mum's birthday and then called into my workmates 50th on the way home. Yesterday was spent doing the real exciting stuff, washing, doing the floors and dusting. So much fun :| I could barely contain my excitement.
But I did manage some scrapping last night. My '52 week' album is now up-to-date, which includes this week I might add and my sample for the March ABC challenge at Savvy is ready to go.
Here's a bit of scrapping to share:
Week Seven - Golden Goggles
Week Eight - The big ship
Week Nine - Caravan & Camping Show.

2 Crafty reveal - Happy Birthday
I still had 2 pieces of chipboard left over from the pack of Zig Zag border frames. So I thought I would do a card for something different.
I decided to keep the chipboard simple, just inking and covering the smaller centre piece with patterned paper. Also added an inked skull to finish the card off.
Features papers from Fancy Pants - Like Father Like Son collection

2 Crafty reveal - Razor Rider
Back to my scrapping again last night, happy times for me!
And just to make it feel even more amazing, getting dirty at the same time!!
Doing a layout for the 2 Crafty blog and playing with one of the new releases.
I love all of the new chipboard but last night the Zig Zag border frame was definitely talking to me. I LOVE these frames!
Also used a few chipboard pieces from the Skateboarding multi pack to jazz up the page.
Love the whole grungy feel to my page, just like Harrison, a typical boy.
Don't forget to check with your LSS for 2 Crafty chipboard and ask about the new releases.

Had a lovely scrappy day
Yep yesterday I decided to scrap the day away.
The house was cleaned, sheets were washed and the washing was almost complete, so I got busy with my stash. I pulled out a few of my favourite lines and started pushing paper around the table. I was surprised the boys left me in peace for most of the day. :)
I am trying to play along at Scrap.Biz University this month, the subjects are fantastic and I am scrapping photos that I may have never thought to scrap. That is pretty cool I think. Well I am a little behind with the subjects, 10 so far, but I did manage to complete 3 subjects yesterday. Plus a page for my 52 week album and a just cause page.
I was pretty happy with the total of 5 pages for the day.
First ones are for Scrap.Biz University
Geneology Studies (scrap 3 or more generations)
Mother's Day
Behavioural Sciences (scrap characteristics of some-one close)
So alike but different
Horticulture (scrap your garden)
Angel Face
The next one is for my 52 week album - Week six
The tent with no pegs
This one is just for me!

2 Crafty reveal - First day back
Finally back with some scrapping to show you after taking last weekend off for the Train Concert. Which by the way was AWESOME!!!
It's been a crazy day here today, colouring hair with my Sister and rushing around for school and swimming, but I am home at last and ready to veg for a while.!
I managed to scrap week 5 of my '52 week' album last night, it is Harrison's first day back at school. Three times it took me to get a decent photo of him in his uniform and he complained all the way to school!
He did make me giggle, telling me he really did not see why he needed to learn at school cause he could do it by reading his books at home.
Can't argue with 6 yo logic!
I used a few pieces of 2 Crafty chipboard on my page, the Alphabet frame, has been embossed and inked. Also added a few pieces from a School Icons multi pack, that I have roughly inked and doodled.
Hopefully I get a chance to get back into my supplies tonight :)
Thanks for passing through.

Final mission - using ribbons to make flowers

2 Crafty reveal - Last Day
I did some late night scrapping on Thursday night before going away for the weekend. Love my 'me' time scrapping after everyone is asleep. This page was week four of my
'52 weeks' album. Yes I know it's amazing I am still up-to-date.
Created this page for 2 Crafty using one of the ornate circle frames, I have lightly inked it and then literally splashed some crackle paint over parts of the frame to grunge it up slightly.
It looks great as a journal spot for the layout.
