Time to share the next sketch with you from The Scrappiest and it is very cool! Love your work Liz! I decided to flip this sketch to suit my photo, but I will definitely be re-scrapping it the right way up after seeing the gorgeous samples from the DT girls.

My challenge for the weekend is simple!

'Back to school' week at Bella Bvld

Over in America the children are starting to head back to school after their summer break and Bella Blvd is joining the party. I was asked to create a page for the blog but with a little twist.
Laura asked me to scrap a school page using any of their other fabulous collections.

I chose one of the latest collections and a big favourite of mine Making the team. The colours are so perfect for Harrison's school colours, they really picked up the detail in the photos.
I think I will definitely need to buy more :)

Absolutely loved the multi-photo sketch this week over at The Scrappiest.
It was perfect to showcase our latest visit to the playground and my boy clowning around on the swings. Hopefully the gorgeous samples from the DT girls will inspire you to have a go.

Weekend Scrapping

I had a lovely quiet weekend at home.
Apart from soccer on Saturday, I think the only time I ventured outside was to hang some washing. The rest of the weekend was spent playing with my scrapbook supplies.

The first page I did was for a friend from Harrison's school. Her and hubbie went to a 1920's party all dressed up and the photo she sent to me was sreaming at me to be scrapped. With her permission, I did a little editing of the photo and started scrapping as a gift for her.

Another page added to my 52 week album, our night out on the town. And no I can't get my leg up there LOL!

A great scrappy weekend.

Finally I have actually managed a weekend pretty much full of scrapping!
And I am delighted :)

Thursday night was dedicated to 2Crafty and another gorgeous chipboard title, Imagine

Look at my little man!! Where did my baby go? I love scrapping older photos.





I met with some gorgeous friends Friday night for 4 hours of uninterrupted creativity. I managed 2 'just for' pages using the yummy Bo Bunny Ad lib collection.

Busy with family

My younger Sister and the kids surprised us with a visit all the way from Brisbane last Saturday, so the scrapping achieved has been very minimal.
But I must admit, I was really enjoying spending my time with family for the week.

Savvy August Manufacturer Challenge

This month's manufacturer over at Scrapbook Savvy is FANCY PANTS DESIGN
It recently appeared in the July Your're Savvy kit, which is now sold out, but there are still papers available in-store here
