Soaking up the sun
I've used the New Wave border as my one piece of chipboard, but decided to cut it into 2 pieces to suit my page. The chipboard has been inked in layers of different shades of blue, the tops of the waves have been embossed with white embossing powder and then highlighted with Chrystallina Kindy Glitz.
The final coat is my favourite finish, Glossy Accents.

Fabulous page Kerryn. I am still in awe of that chippie and can't believe the amount of detail you add.
This chipboard looked even awesome-r in real life...if thats possible!
