Thought I would put my hand up for this call as I adore all of the papers.
Can't wait to play with 'Hello Sunshine', but here are some of my pages.

2CC's Birthday Month

This month sees 2CC turning 2, "Happy Birthday to You", so there will be lots happening for the whole of June.

Every Wednesday this month there will be a Deal of the Day, but you have to be quick!! The special will last for 12 hours and everyone who scoops one of these deals for the month, will go into the draw for the special gift designed and handcrafted by our Senior Designer, Alicia Barry.

Every Friday night there will be a live chat in the Chat room starting at 8pm (USA EST) which will be roughly 9.30am Saturday my time (adelaide). We will play games and do some mini challenges, but this is all just a warm up to what will come.

The BIG party will be June 27th - 29th. Challenges, projects and games.
You will have a blast, so pencil it in your diary!!

OK that is me done for one night, I have got some scrapping to do and put master 4 to bed, he has fallen asleep on the couch.

Scrapbook Savvy Cybercrop June 13th

This is fast approaching, next weekend in fact!!

My June Ad Challenge at Scrapbook Savvy

I found this awesome Ad this month, so many things attracted me to it.
Loved the colours, the damask patterns and the general layering design of the page.

2CC June Kit

I know I say this every month, but, Amy and Kelly at 2CC have managed again to out do themselves.
This month's kit includes 2 ranges of papers.
The 3 Bugs in a Rug 'Island' collection is perfect for any sun, surf and sand pages.
Loved the blues, browns and yellows, great double sided papers and they included lots of things to cut out and use for embellishments.

The 2nd range from Teresa Collins Designs was her 'Journal It' range.
The red, black and cream colour combo, with calenders and journal tags was just fabulous.
We simply had the best of both worlds!!





And the fabulous Add on Kit this month was the famous 2CC stamps,

Catchin up

Wow, I didn't realize it had been so long since I had updated this!!
The month has just flown past, DS was really sick for a week with tonsillitis and I have been in hospital for daysurgery. (nothing serious)
But it amazing how a few things like that can put everything else behind.
OK so a quick summary of things, I had a lovely Mother's day. We went to our local garden centre and got some plants for our back yard. I also purchased myself some scrappy supplies.
My dear friend Trudi came over for a weekend. We both went to some classes with the amazing Rachel Greig and had a ball. This lady is extremely talented, I really enjoyed the day, thanks Rachel and Charlottes Web here in Adelaide for organising it all.
In between that I have been scrapping my butt off, so I will share that side of things with you shortly.

June is shaping up to be just as busy for me.
But hopefully this month I will keep things around here up to date.
I will do a new post for all of scrappy things. 8)

May Ad Challenge @ Scrapbook Savvy

Well believe it or not this girl has gone a little funky for the month.
Renee Z from 2CC (thanks Renee) found this awesome Ad not that long ago and I thought it was the perfect challenge for me to step outside the square.
I will admit to you all, I was scared, but I am happy with how the layout turned out.

2CC May Kit

Ok I have lots to chat about tonight, so best get yourself a coffee and sit back and relax.
If you haven't been over to www.2croppincousinz.com.au and checked out the new kit, you really need to do it.
This would definately be the best kit ever!!! You really need to have it!!!
The Pink Paislee papers 'Spring Fling' is so easy to work with, very gender friendly LOL!!!
So many products to play with in the kit and the Add-on kit was also fantastic.



I easily created 5 single pages and 2 cards and still have enough to do more, but here is what I have done.















The gallery over at 2CC is just busting, the other DT girls have all done an awesome job with the kit. There is lots of inspiration and we have all listed some tips in the forum. So head over there and check it out!!

Well we all had a fabulous time at Savvy's Cybercrop last weekend.
Mel's theme was fantastic and I even managed to finish all three challenges. Yippee!!!
The gallery looks awesome, everyone involved produced amazing pages and it was great to see so many faces around.
I hope you will all join in at the next crop starting June 13th.

Here is my weekend work, I also finished another DT page and tackled my second version of the DLO Sketch for this month at Savvy (Love it!!!)

This was Challenge One:

To scrap an "April fools prank" or when you have "Felt the fool"
I think this speaks for itself LOL!! I am very lucky that my butt fitted in the seat!




Challenge Two:

To use the colours that remind you of April.
To me, April means Autumn, the beautiful shades of Reds, Browns and Greens




Challenge Three:

Scrap an April memory or scrap what April means to you.
I went for the Autumn theme again, chose to use Kaisercraft Jade's Garden collection, such beautiful rich colours and they went so well with my page.
This photo was taken in 1998, (I think) it captures my nieces and nephews playing in the leaves, just perfect for the occasion.

More to share

I had a great weekend scrapping away into the wee hours of the morning, thank goodness for daylight savings. I really needed that extra hour to get some sleep.
This craft is so addictive, once I start Friday, I really don't want to stop Monday nights, but I need to get my beauty sleep before working Tuesday.

I managed to finish two more pages with my 2CC kit, I did a page with some Paper Salon papers and played with my all time favourite manufacturer products.............

Also have some great news to share with anyone that might call in.
My dearest friend Trudi has finally got herself an online book shop called Scrapbook Shelf. It looks fantastic, Trudi has been working really hard to get things happening, so pop over there and have a look. I am sure you will find something to you liking!!
Congrats to you Trudi, your hard work will pay off!!

I am soooo excited!!

It is only 3 more weeks before I head off on my very first retreat with the girls from Scrapbook City in Brisbane.
I am finally going to meet my dear friend Trudi, face to face, I can't wait!!!
It feels like we have been friends forever, but just never seen each other IRL.
Hopefully I will also get to catch up with my 2 sisters while I am up there.
Now I just have to work out what I will take.

We had a great day out on Sunday, Mum, Harry and myself headed up to Littlehampton to visit the Heritage Farm.
We had a great time, lots of photo's, animals and a train ride, Harry was in his element!!

OK I think I am about to turn into a pumpkin, way past my bedtime and Master Harry's so until next time stay safe!!xx

2CC April Kit

Well if you thought last month's kit was amazing, you have to get yourself over to
2CC and cast your eyes on the divine kit for this month.




The kit features Dream Street papers-Remember the Moments Collection designed by the very talented Amy Teets. The colours are just gorgeous and hopefully I have done them justice,













Don't forget you still have until April 14th to try the DT Challenges, I will hopefully get Celeste's Circle Challenge finished this weekend.

My new Ad Challenge is up in the forum at Scrapbook Savvy, with a great Kaisercraft pack up for grabs. I love doing these challenges cause they are open for your own interpretation, even if you only decide to use the colour combo.

They other DT girls all have fabulous challenges posted as well and another great sketch to tackle, this month Diane has chosen a double sketch.
