Magical Musical Tour @ Artistic

LEST WE FORGET

A special day of Rememberance.

Well I can't believe it, but this awesome 9 weeks competition at Artistic Document is nearly over.
The design team Marie, Toni, Kym and Terri have been pushing us all the way and it was just what my creative mind needed. All of us have regularly been walking on the wild side and thinking outside the square and the gallery definitely shows that very well.

So just catching up with showing you my work.

Week Three - 1950's Rock & Roll
Create a page using black and one other colour, use a trendy font and include plastic on your page.

We have just been issued with another Mini Challenge to decorate a notebook with scraps from any of our pages. I will have to search the house for a book.
Tomorrow the final challenge will be issued and Ican't wait.

Holidays are nearly over!

I can't believe how quickly the past two weeks have passed.
I have been trying to scrap a little every day and have managed to get a few pages done.
Harrison and I have been to the movies with friends, shopping and relaxing at home.
And he is not overly thrilled that the holidays are over either.
Hopefully once he is back with all of his school friends he will settle down.

So what have I scrapped so far this month.

Anthea's Sketch at Savvy this month is simple but stunning.
I have turned the sketch to suit the photos and managed to pull out my highly sort after, April 'He's Savvy' kit, which is unfortunately sold out.
So glad I have a sub for it.

The BIG wheel

I loved Sara's colour challenge this month and plan to do another page.
This one is created using April 1st sketch at Stuck?! Sketches run by our very own Sara.

Priceless

And I have finally got my butt into gear and managed to complete a few challenges with my fabulous friends at Artistic Document

So far I have done Kym's Sketch and Tabitha's card challenge, but I hope to do some more.
Both projects feature my 'He's Savvy' kit

PS Hope you can join us over at Scrapbook Savvy for our Autumn Cybercrop this weekend.

SCRaPDANGo March kits and reveal

Being down under usually means I am a little behind the other DT girls with the reveals. But I still thoroughly enjoy creating with the kits once they arrive on my doorstep. Hopefully I am still able to inspire people with my projects.

This month's kit, as always, were both amazing.
I had the chance to play with the Spice Kit, but I could not resist the Sugar Kit either. That one will be here soon LOL!!

Spice Kit features Jillibean Soup - Old World Cabbage Stew

Sugar Kit features Pink Paislee - Bayberry Cottage

More from She's Savvy Kit

I have managed to get a little bit of scrapping done today after doing house stuff and entertaining Harrison.
Wish I could keep going but still have some stuff to do here.

Love mixed with friendship
This is one of my gorgeous sisters who lives up in Brisbane.

April Savvy Kits & DT reveal

This month's kits at Scrapbook Savvy are just running out of the store and already 2 of the 3 kits are SOLD OUT, how awesome is that!!
I was given the task of show-casing 'She's Savvy' this month and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The kit is packed full of papers from Crate Paper - Pink Plum and SEI - Claire, including a Hambley Studio Transparency. The embellishments are just over-flowing, Prima alphas, Crate Paper Glitter chipboard, SEI die-cut word stickers, 2 Crafty chipboard and Heidi Swapp stickers. What more could a girl need!
Sadly She's Savvy is one of the kits that have sold out, but it is totally understandable.

Here are the kits:
