December challenge @ 2 Crafty

Time again for a new challenge on the 2 Crafty blog
This month Anthea has kept it simple and extended the deadline to give everyone a chance to play along.

Scrap a project, it can be a single or double page or even a mini album.
The subject is totally up to you, the only catch for you?
Include 3 or more pieces of 2 Crafty chipboard on your project.
Your project needs to be linked up to the Linky on the sidebar of the blog by midnight January 15 2011
We look forward to seeing your projects!

I decided to do a double page, so I pulled out my ever-growing stash of yummy 2 Crafty chipboard and went to work.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole creative adventure.
There was ink and stickles everywhere, but that was part of the fun :)

Nest of Hearts - Two tone inking and some sparkle added to a few hearts with stickles.

Butterflies - I used two colours in Brilliance Inks for easy blending and stickles for added bling.

Bird Cage1 - Brilliance Ink and then added Distress stickles to part of the cage and bird.

Rustic Tree - Inked with a few different shades of green ink for the leaves, brilliance ink and marvvy pen for the branches and trunk. Finished it off with some Distress stickles and buttons

Photobucket

Frame Square borders - Covered with patterned paper, sides sanded for a little of distressing.

At six and a half
